Retained Search Option

Retained Search is utilized by those clients with a need for immediate, dedicated attention for difficult to fill positions.

These positions are typically critical to the growth/success of a particular department or business unit.

We provide an experienced senior-level recruiter who will provide both committed and hands-on direction to the assignment, allowing the Charles River Search team to quickly and effectively identify qualified candidates.

This option requires 1/3 of the fee paid at the beginning of the search, with the balance paid upon successful completion. Please contact us if we may be of assistance.
